Billing and Cancellation Policy for AR2 Orders

Starting September 9, 2025, we’ve made a few important updates to our order and cancellation process. These changes are designed to protect both our customers and our team from fraud, abuse, and unnecessary complications.

Order Limits

To ensure fairness and prevent bulk abuse, each customer can purchase a maximum of 3 AR2 sets per order. If you are interested in placing a larger order, please reach out directly to request a special order. This allows us to verify and approve high-volume requests properly.

Cancellations and Fees

If you place an order and pay upfront, but later decide to cancel, your refund will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. This fee covers administrative time, paperwork, and non-refundable processing costs charged by our payment provider.

Think Before You Buy

We encourage all customers to make thoughtful, committed purchasing decisions. Last-minute cancellations create extra work, confusion, and delays for you and for us. Please be sure of your decision before confirming your purchase.
