90-Day Payment Plan Policy

Our 90-Day Payment Plan is designed to make purchasing easier and more flexible while ensuring fairness and protection for both our customers and our business. By enrolling in this plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Deposit Requirement

• A $200 deposit is required at the time of purchase.

• The deposit is mandatory and non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Payment Structure

• After the deposit, the remaining balance will be split into 3 equal monthly payments of $233.

• Payments are automatically billed to the credit or debit card provided at checkout.

• Payment due dates are based on the original date and time of purchase.

3. Early or Additional Payments

• Customers may make additional payments at any time.

• The full balance must still be completed within 90 calendar days from the purchase date.

• Early payoff is welcome and may speed up the shipping process.

4. Failed or Missed Payments

• If a payment attempt fails, our system will retry.

• If two consecutive payment attempts fail, your order will be automatically cancelled.

• In the event of cancellation, you will receive a refund of any payments made, minus the $200 deposit.

5. Cancellations by Customer

• Customers may request to cancel their plan before the final payment.

• If cancelled, any funds paid will be refunded minus the $200 deposit.

• Once final payment is completed, cancellations are no longer permitted.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

• Filing a chargeback or payment dispute at any time will result in immediate cancellation of your order.

• In such cases, any payments already made will be refunded minus the $200 deposit, and you may be required to pay the full amount upfront for any future orders.

7. Changes to Payment Method

• Customers are responsible for ensuring their credit/debit card information is current and valid.

• Updates to payment information can be made through the customer dashboard before the next due date.

8. Product Shipment

• Your order will not ship until the balance is paid in full.

• Once the final payment clears, the product will ship within 7 business days.

• A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.

9. Limitations

• Only one payment plan per order, per customer is allowed.

• The 90-Day Payment Plan is a special benefit, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue it at any time without prior notice.

10. Agreement to Policy

By enrolling in the 90-Day Payment Plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms in full.
