Why was my credit card declined?

We use Stripe, a secure third-party provider with strict fraud protection. Their system may decline a card if it sees a risk — try another card or contact your bank to approve the transaction. If you are unable to process the order, you can call us at our office videophone number: 716-764-9588 and we can manually process your order over the phone.
